Time Frame: US ORDERS 3-5 business days 

Preorders: 15 days after delivery to return your item. 

Returns: In the event you desire to return a product(s) (that's not a sale item), you have fifteen (15) days from date of delivery. In order to return a product for a refund and/or exchange, the product must be free from any wear, tear, washing, damage (including perfumes/odors, make up/deodorant stains), or alterations. All original tags must be attached. To initiate a return or exchange email us at support@shopjessakae.com. 

Shoes must be in the original packaging and box. The box must be free of any damage. DO NOT send shoes back with label on the shoe box.

Shipping will not be refunded.

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your return. You'll receive an email once we have processed your return.

Exchanges: To process an exchange simply purchase the new product(s) you want in a new order on shopjessakae.com and return the unwanted product(s) to our store address (must be within 15 days of purchase) with packing slip. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise and should credit back to your account within 7-14 business days.  


Damaged Items.. If you received a damaged item, email us ASAP to support@shopjessakae.com

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of buyer. 

All product(s) marked as "sale" are FINAL. No exceptions will be made.

if the actual shipping costs exceed the amount to ship your order Shop JessaKae reserves the right to cancel the order or to request additional funds (invoiced via paypal) to cover the overage amount to ship the order. 

Any expenses due at customs (taxes and duties fees) are the customers responsibility. Please contact your local customs office or use an online tool (i.e. http://www.dutycalculator.com/new-import-duty-and-tax-calculation/) to calculate the approximate fees that you may incur. Prior to JessaKae accepting any order, we have right to verify any information you send to us. JessaKae reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us. In its sole discretion, JessaKae reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, JessaKae shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, JessaKae shall credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price. 

    We have make every effort possible to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Web site; however, the actual color you will see will depend on many factors, including your computer, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display our colors. Products are available while supplies last. All prices and products advertised are subject to change. All prices displayed on the Services are quoted in U.S. dollars.
